You&rsquo;re adaptable, solutions-oriented, and energized by working in an environment that values both results and culture.Role OverviewThis is a part-time position supporting our PHP 2.5 and IOP 3.1 programs. You will manage a caseload of approximately 30&ndash;40 patients, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing wellness support.This role includes oversight of Quickmar and use of Kipu software for clinical documentation and patient management (training provided).What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care</li><li>Diagnose and manage mental health conditions across patient populations</li><li>Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications</li><li>Oversee and support operations within PHP 2.5 and IOP 3.1 programs</li><li>Supervise and ensure proper use of Quickmar</li><li>Utilize Kipu software for documentation and care coordination (training provided)</li><li>Collaborate with clinicians, staff, and leadership to improve patient outcomes</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia (PMHNP preferred)</li><li>Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or outpatient care settings</li><li>Ability to manage a caseload of 30&ndash;40 patients effectively</li><li>Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills</li><li>Comfort working with clinical systems and willingness to learn Kipu software</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; CultureAt New Life Clinical Services of Virginia, we believe that meaningful work and a positive environment go hand in hand.
