Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist &amp; Laser Technician to join our growing team! This position offers a unique opportunity to grow both your administrative and technical skill sets in a vibrant, client-focused workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk &amp; Administrative Duties<ul><li>Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate client bookings</li><li>Handle incoming emails, inquiries, and correspondence promptly</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, client records, and data entry tasks</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for scheduling and documentation</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks</li><li>Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies</li><li>Provide excellent customer support, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism</li></ul>Laser Technician &amp; Aesthetic Duties<ul><li>Perform laser treatments including laser hair removal, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures</li><li>Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with industry regulations</li><li>Use salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) to manage appointments, treatment plans, and client records</li><li>Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results</li><li>Support or perform additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments (as qualified)</li><li>Stay up to date with advancements in laser technology and aesthetic services</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles</li><li>Certification or licensing in laser technology, esthetics, or cosmetology (as required by state regulations)</li><li>Experience in a med spa, salon, or wellness environment preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling or salon software such as MINDBODY</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and client care</li><li>Bilingual skills are a plus</li><li>Retail sales experience in beauty or wellness is highly desirable</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Paid part-time position</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and skill development</li><li>A supportive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment</li><li>The chance to make a meaningful impact on clients&rsquo; confidence and well-being</li></ul>Work Location:In personPay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CLT (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
