This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about providing excellent patient care and customer service.Primary Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Greet and register patients in a friendly, professional manner while accurately collecting required information</li><li>Schedule patient appointments, manage waitlists, and provide appointment reminders</li><li>Answer and route phone calls and messages from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies</li><li>Verify patient demographics and insurance information</li><li>Prepare patient records for next-day appointments</li><li>Take payments and set up financial arrangements</li><li>Check insurance benefits and eligibility</li><li>Collaborate with medical and dental teams to ensure efficient and timely patient care</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
