Job Overview
NEW Oral & Facial Surgery Clinic in Green Bay is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and compassionate Patient Service Represenitive to join our team. Primary Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, professional manner while accurately collecting required information
• Schedule patient appointments, manage waitlists, and provide appointment reminders
• Answer and route phone calls and messages from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Prepare patient records for next-day appointments
• Take payments and set up financial arrangements
• Check insurance benefits and eligibility
• Collaborate with medical and dental teams to ensure efficient and timely patient care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
