Your compensation reflects your professionalism &mdash; not the generosity of individual clients.The RoleWe are looking for a Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician to join The Barefoot as our Lead Spa Technician. This is a full-time, W-2 position with performance-based compensation growth. You will be the face of the spa &mdash; delivering clinical pedicures, manicures, facials, waxing, and specialized medical nail services under the clinical oversight of Dr. Lang.This is a rare opportunity to build a career at the intersection of luxury spa and medical practice &mdash; with the stability of an established physician practice behind you.What You'll Do<ul><li>Deliver clinical and luxury pedicures, manicures, facials, and waxing services to a medical-grade standard</li><li>Perform specialized nail restoration services including KeryFlex and Onyfix (full training provided)</li><li>Assist with clinical foot care services in coordination with Dr. Lang's podiatric team</li><li>Maintain sterile, clinical treatment room standards between every service</li><li>Build lasting client relationships and maintain a 60%+ rebooking rate</li><li>Educate clients on home care, retail products, and ongoing treatment protocols</li><li>Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and clinically excellent guest experience</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Active Louisiana Cosmetology or Esthetician License &mdash; required</li><li>Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience across nail and skin services</li><li>Comfortable in a clinical, physician-directed environment</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and sanitation standards</li><li>Professional, warm, and client-focused demeanor</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous learning</li><li>Experience with medical or clinical spa services is a plus &mdash; not required</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$22&ndash;$30/hour based on experience and performance metrics</li><li>W-2 employment under an established medical practice</li><li>No-tip environment &mdash; your pay reflects your skill, not client discretion</li><li>Performance-based compensation growth tied to rebooking rate and revenue</li><li>Paid sick days and vacation time (after qualifying periods)</li><li>Full clinical training &mdash; KeryFlex, Onyfix, laser, and medical nail services at no cost to you</li><li>Access to Dr. Lang's established patient base from day one</li><li>A professional, supportive, work environment</li></ul>Louisiana cosmetology license must be active and in good standing.Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
