Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a broad spectrum of legal practice areas, including estate planning, trust administration law, probate, state court litigation, business law, real estate law, bankruptcy, and tax law. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for delivering comprehensive legal solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our firm&rsquo;s mission to provide exceptional legal services while gaining valuable experience across diverse practice areas.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and client advisories.</li><li>Draft clear, precise legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence.</li><li>Support litigation processes through case preparation, discovery management, and courtroom assistance.</li><li>Provide guidance on environmental law compliance and regulatory issues.</li><li>Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.</li><li>Review and analyze drafted legal documents.</li><li>Appearances for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, administrative proceedings, inspections, and any other appearances required in connection with the representation.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission or eligibility to sit for the bar exam.</li><li>Prior experience or internships in a law office setting demonstrating familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.</li><li>Proven ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and synthesize findings into well-structured written work.</li><li>Experience drafting various legal documents with attention to detail and clarity.</li><li>Exposure to multiple practice areas including estate planning, trust administration law, probate, state court litigation, business law, real estate law, bankruptcy, and tax law is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in legal administrative tasks and familiarity with case management software such as MyCase.</li></ul>Join us as an Associate Attorney, where your expertise will make a direct and meaningful impact on our clients&rsquo; success.
