Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.</li><li>Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.</li><li>Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.</li><li>Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or bartending is required.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro POS, is a plus.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.</li><li>A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will shine in an energetic atmosphere dedicated to providing outstanding service!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
