Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro POS, is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
