Job DescriptionMarketing Executive ,We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute our marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is passionate about campaign execution, performance optimization, and brand building. You will work closely with the Designers and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and PR.</li><li>Support offline marketing initiatives such as events, print materials, and outdoor advertising.</li><li>Assist in lead generation campaigns targeting property seekers and sellers, helping convert traffic into qualified leads.</li><li>Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand tone and engagement.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver marketing assets on time.</li><li>Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.</li><li>Monitor and report on campaign performance, web traffic, lead quality, and other key marketing KPIs.</li><li>Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning and optimization.</li><li>Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.</li><li>Digital Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Analytics: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and basic performance reporting.</li><li>Execution-Focused: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively while executing within brand guidelines.</li><li>Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.</li><li>Market Knowledge: Experience or interest in Construction ,Developer and real estate sector is an advantage.</li><li>Onsite Availability: Willingness to work full-time, on-site</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
