Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute our marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is passionate about campaign execution, performance optimization, and brand building. You will work closely with the Designers and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and PR.
  • Support offline marketing initiatives such as events, print materials, and outdoor advertising.
  • Assist in lead generation campaigns targeting property seekers and sellers, helping convert traffic into qualified leads.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand tone and engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver marketing assets on time.
  • Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, web traffic, lead quality, and other key marketing KPIs.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning and optimization.
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analytics: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and basic performance reporting.
  • Execution-Focused: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively while executing within brand guidelines.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience or interest in Construction ,Developer and real estate sector is an advantage.
  • Onsite Availability: Willingness to work full-time, on-site
