Job SummaryWe&rsquo;re looking for a skilled videographer who can consistently capture high-quality, professional content for social media and digital platforms, with a sharp eye for hooks, retention, and conversions. Someone who knows analyzes retention data and makes video production decisions accordingly.You&rsquo;ll be shooting short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc) as well as long-form (Youtube, podcasts, etc) for personal brands, content creators, and local businesses.This role is for you if:<ul><li>You understand lighting, composition, framing, and camera movement at a high level</li><li>You follow current social media content trends</li><li>You know what a hook is and how to keep people watching</li><li>You&rsquo;ve got examples of your work that you can share with us</li><li>You work efficiently and do not require micro management</li><li>You can set up and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment for professional results</li><li>You can direct on-camera talent to deliver clear, engaging performances</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required)</li><li>Minimum 1 year shooting professional content &amp; videos (must share samples)</li><li>Experience shooting content for social media platforms</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines without hand-holding</li><li>Fast feedback loops, zero ego, great communication skills</li><li>Understand storytelling frameworks (hook, problem, solution, CTA)</li></ul>In order to be considered for this position, applicants MUST submit the following:<ul><li>Samples of videos you shot (preferred if you send social media links)</li><li>List of production equipment you own and can use (camera, lenses, lights, audio, etc)</li><li>Resume and/or cover letter</li></ul>Thank you!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $42,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
