Videographer & Content Creator

Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled videographer who can consistently capture high-quality, professional content for social media and digital platforms, with a sharp eye for hooks, retention, and conversions. Someone who knows analyzes retention data and makes video production decisions accordingly.

You’ll be shooting short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc) as well as long-form (Youtube, podcasts, etc) for personal brands, content creators, and local businesses.

This role is for you if:

• You understand lighting, composition, framing, and camera movement at a high level
• You follow current social media content trends
• You know what a hook is and how to keep people watching
• You’ve got examples of your work that you can share with us
• You work efficiently and do not require micro management
• You can set up and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment for professional results
• You can direct on-camera talent to deliver clear, engaging performances

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required)
• Minimum 1 year shooting professional content & videos (must share samples)
• Experience shooting content for social media platforms
• Ability to meet deadlines without hand-holding
• Fast feedback loops, zero ego, great communication skills
• Understand storytelling frameworks (hook, problem, solution, CTA)
