We are looking for team members who naturally reflect those values in the way they work and serve patients.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Master Esthetician will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services while creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Performing professional facials and skincare treatments within Washington State scope of practice</li><li>Following New U protocols, treatment standards, and patient care expectations</li><li>Providing a warm, polished, and professional experience for every patient</li><li>Educating patients on skincare services, products, and at-home routines</li><li>Recommending appropriate retail products based on each patient&rsquo;s skin goals and needs</li><li>Staying knowledgeable on current products, promotions, treatment options, and skincare trends</li><li>Maintaining accurate patient documentation when applicable</li><li>Supporting clinic goals through teamwork, professionalism, and excellent service</li><li>Building positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and leadership</li><li>Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times</li><li>Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patient care</li></ul>Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is experienced, professional, positive, and passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin. This person should be comfortable working in a high-standard clinical aesthetics environment and should enjoy both patient care and retail product education.We are especially interested in candidates who are:<ul><li>Warm, friendly, and highly professional</li><li>Confident performing facials and skincare services</li><li>Skilled at educating patients without being pushy</li><li>Detail-oriented and consistent with protocols</li><li>Motivated to grow within a successful aesthetics practice</li><li>Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Current Washington State Master Esthetician License required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of esthetics experience required</li><li>3+ years of experience preferred</li><li>Completion of required skincare education and training</li><li>Strong knowledge of facials, skincare products, and treatment protocols</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally with patients, team members, and management</li><li>Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards</li><li>Ability to follow clinic protocols, policies, and procedures</li><li>Must comply with all Washington State licensing laws and regulations</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in a medical aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or women&rsquo;s health environment</li><li>Strong retail skincare knowledge</li><li>Ongoing participation in continuing education</li><li>Passion for advanced skincare, patient education, and long-term patient relationships</li></ul>About New U Women&rsquo;s Clinic &amp; AestheticsNew U Women&rsquo;s Clinic &amp; Aesthetics is a leading women&rsquo;s health and aesthetics practice serving patients with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
