Key Responsibilities

The Master Esthetician will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services while creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing professional facials and skincare treatments within Washington State scope of practice
• Following New U protocols, treatment standards, and patient care expectations
• Providing a warm, polished, and professional experience for every patient
• Educating patients on skincare services, products, and at-home routines
• Recommending appropriate retail products based on each patient’s skin goals and needs
• Staying knowledgeable on current products, promotions, treatment options, and skincare trends
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation when applicable
• Supporting clinic goals through teamwork, professionalism, and excellent service
• Building positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and leadership
• Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patient care

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, positive, and passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin. This person should be comfortable working in a high-standard clinical aesthetics environment and should enjoy both patient care and retail product education.

Requirements

• Current Washington State Master Esthetician License required
• Minimum of 2 years of esthetics experience required
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Completion of required skincare education and training
• Strong knowledge of facials, skincare products, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients, team members, and management
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards
• Ability to follow clinic protocols, policies, and procedures
• Must comply with all Washington State licensing laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or women’s health environment
• Strong retail skincare knowledge
• Ongoing participation in continuing education
• Passion for advanced skincare, patient education, and long-term patient relationships
