About UsWe&rsquo;re building a modern invoicing and payments platform for service businesses, contractors, and freelancers. Our product is already in beta and preparing for release, so you&rsquo;ll be joining at a critical stage where you&rsquo;ll lead and execute work on real production backend systems and Stripe-powered payment integrations.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and C#/.NET</li></ul><ul><li>Design and scale secure REST APIs, invoicing logic, and end-to-end payment workflows</li></ul><ul><li>Own and expand Stripe integrations (Payments, Invoicing, Webhooks, Connect)</li></ul><ul><li>Design, implement, and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)</li></ul><ul><li>Support and improve deployments on DigitalOcean and other cloud environments</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate on and contribute to front-end features in Next.js when needed</li></ul><ul><li>Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization across the stack</li></ul><ul><li>Influence technical direction, architecture decisions, and best practices</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>6+ years of backend or full-stack development experience</li></ul><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, C#, and JavaScript</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience designing and securing production-grade APIs</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Stripe (Payments, Webhooks, Checkout, or Connect)</li></ul><ul><li>Cloud infrastructure experience (DigitalOcean, Vercel, AWS)</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms</li></ul><ul><li>Bonus: experience building invoicing, payouts, or marketplace-style payment flows</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Work Environment<ul><li>Early-stage startup role with meaningful equity participation as part of team ownership</li></ul><ul><li>No salary at this stage; compensation will evolve as the company grows and revenue ramps</li></ul><ul><li>Fully remote, flexible work environment</li></ul><ul><li>High autonomy with direct ownership over critical systems</li></ul><ul><li>Immediate impact working on live Stripe integrations and production-bound infrastructure</li></ul>Apply today.
