JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee the entire joinery production process from raw material to finished product.</li><li>Prepare production drawings, cutting lists, and material requirements based on approved shop drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.</li><li>Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.</li><li>Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to project timelines.</li><li>Optimize production efficiency by implementing best practices and minimizing material wastage.</li><li>Review technical drawings and ensure they are accurately interpreted for production.</li><li>Conduct quality checks at different stages of production to ensure products meet client and company specifications.</li><li>Manage inventory of raw materials, hardware, and consumables; coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment.</li><li>Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding technical requirements and delivery schedules.</li><li>Identify and resolve production-related issues or bottlenecks promptly.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) policies within the workshop.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Furniture/Interior Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery or furniture manufacturing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and manufacturing techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and production planning software.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: 19/10/2025
