We believe in delivering value, transparency, and customer satisfaction, making every visit comfortable, enjoyable, and worth returning for.Role ObjectiveThe Purchase &amp; Vendor Management Intern will be responsible for monitoring purchasing activities, tracking price trends, coordinating with vendors, collecting quotations, and supporting rate negotiations, with the objective of ensuring cost efficiency, price transparency, and uninterrupted supply across caf&eacute; operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Tracking &amp; Trend Monitoring<ul><li>Track what items were purchased, when they were purchased, and at what price</li><li>Maintain purchase records for raw materials, consumables, and supplies</li><li>Identify price increases, decreases, and seasonal fluctuations</li><li>Compare current purchase prices with historical data</li></ul>Rate Analysis &amp; Cost Comparison<ul><li>Maintain vendor-wise and item-wise rate sheets</li><li>Analyze price variations over time</li><li>Highlight cost escalation or abnormal price changes to management</li><li>Support decision-making with price comparison summaries</li></ul>Vendor Coordination &amp; Meetings<ul><li>Coordinate with existing vendors for:</li><li>Price updates</li><li>Availability confirmations</li><li>Delivery schedules</li><li>Assist in vendor meetings, discussions, and alignment calls</li><li>Maintain vendor contact details and communication records</li></ul>Quotation Collection &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Collect rate quotations from multiple vendors</li><li>Prepare quotation comparison sheets</li><li>Assist management in evaluating vendors based on:</li><li>Price</li><li>Quality</li><li>Consistency</li><li>Reliability</li></ul>Negotiation Support<ul><li>Support senior team members in rate negotiation discussions</li><li>Track negotiated rates and update approved price lists</li><li>Ensure revised rates are properly documented and communicated</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare:</li><li>Weekly Purchase &amp; Rate Trend Reports</li><li>Vendor Comparison Reports</li><li>Cost Optimization Suggestions</li><li>Share reports with Operations / Finance / Management teams</li></ul>Skills &amp; Tools Required<ul><li>Basic to intermediate MS Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Comfort with numbers, pricing, and comparison tables</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain concepts</li><li>Smartphone &amp; computer proficiency</li></ul>(Prior exposure to procurement, vendor handling, or purchase documentation is a plus)Candidate Profile<ul><li>Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or any discipline)</li><li>Fresher / Intern</li><li>Detail-oriented and analytical mindset</li><li>Confident in vendor interaction and follow-ups</li><li>Willing to handle both field-level vendor coordination and desk-based analysis</li></ul>Learning &amp; Growth OpportunitiesThis internship offers hands-on exposure to:<ul><li>Caf&eacute; &amp; restaurant purchasing systems</li><li>Vendor negotiation and cost control</li><li>Supply chain coordination</li><li>Purchase analytics and rate benchmarking</li></ul>Future growth roles (performance-based):<ul><li>Purchase Executive</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
