<ul><li>Marketing Executive &ndash; Educational Institute</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote institute courses through online and offline marketing strategies.</li><li>Handle student inquiries, provide course information, and convert leads into admissions.</li><li>Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure high conversion rates.</li><li>Support the branch and sales teams in achieving monthly admission targets.</li><li>Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media campaigns, Google Ads, and lead generation.</li><li>Visit nearby companies, schools, and communities to promote courses and build partnerships.</li><li>Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and local promotional events.</li><li>Maintain proper records of leads, walk-ins, and conversions using CRM systems.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, visits, and admission performance.</li><li>Maintain updated knowledge of all courses, promotions, and offers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of marketing or sales experience (education sector preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.</li><li>Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
