Sales Team Leader

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales executives/telecallers to meet and exceed targets.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
  • Monitor daily performance through calls, visits, and CRM updates.
  • Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely conversions.
  • Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings to review progress and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
  • Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns escalated by team members.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and motivating environment.
