Sales Team Leader

* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Successfully handle and manage a team of *10–15 real estate agents*, ensuring productivity, performance, and professional growth.

* Provide continuous guidance, coaching, and sales support to team members.

* Develop sales strategies and implement effective approaches to increase conversions and revenue.

* Monitor daily sales activities including lead follow-ups, client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.

* Share market updates, real estate trends, competitor insights, and sales techniques with the team.

* Support team members in client handling, negotiations, and closing successful transactions.

* Maintain performance reports and ensure proper CRM and lead management practices.

* Build a positive, professional, and target-oriented sales culture.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
