We are actively seeking leaders who can bring and build a strong sales team focused on Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales. This opportunity is ideal for team leaders who already have active agents or professionals ready to scale and grow within a performance-driven environment.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and growing your sales team while driving revenue and closing transactions across Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of real estate brokers
• Recruit, train, and scale your sales team
• Drive off-plan and secondary market sales
• Support agents in closing transactions
• Monitor team performance and targets
• Fascinating Team Override percentage
• Develop long-term client and investor relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate
• Previous team handling or leadership experience preferred
• Existing team is a strong advantage
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
• RERA certification preferred
