<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities
</h2><ul><li>Lead and continuously improve Nextracker&rsquo;s Global Tariff Model, estimating and managing the financial impact of tariffs and trade policy changes.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and oversee the collection of actual tariffs paid, ensuring completeness and accuracy of customs documentation for audits and internal reviews.
</li></ul><ul><li>Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance checks, product classification, and product master data within Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
</li></ul><ul><li>Drive post-customs clearance audits and reporting, integrating global customs data to identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform and oversee HS Classification, ensuring consistent and accurate application of tariff codes and valuation principles across all product lines.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide operational leadership for India trade compliance, managing import/export documentation, broker coordination, and engagement with customs authorities to ensure smooth and compliant local operations.

</h2><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Law, or related field.
</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in trade compliance, with demonstrable leadership or project ownership.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong command of HS classification, customs valuation, origin determination, and trade documentation processes.

Trade Compliance Senior Analyst

The Admin Executive will provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office &amp; factory. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

General Task Management
<ul><li>Manage and oversee general office &amp; factory administration, including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
</li><li>Support HR in employee documentation, attendance records, and onboarding formalities.
</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and visitors.
</li><li>Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
</li><li>Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords for office-related requirements.

</li><li>Assist in the preparation of administrative budgets and track expenses to ensure proper control and reporting.
</li><li>Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the building and all company facilities. Also, follow up the security guards.
</li><li>Follow up on employees&rsquo; training programs and maintain up-to-date training reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
</li><li>Oversee medical and facility insurance and ensure timely annual renewal and updates.
</li><li>Follow up on all government and non-government documents and ensure they are regularly updated on a weekly or monthly basis. 
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
</li><li>Courses specialized in Human Resources Management or Administrative Affairs is preferred.

<ul><li>Proven experience (2&ndash;4 years) in office administration or executive support role.

Role Summary
The Procurement Analyst will support procurement operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, services, and components for solar tracker projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, supplier management capabilities, and familiarity with both local and international procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Support the development and execution of procurement strategies for solar tracker components and services in KSA.
</li><li>Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and costs to drive efficiency and cost savings.
</li><li>Manage vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance with Nextracker&rsquo;s quality and sustainability standards.
</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and mitigate supply chain risks.
</li><li>Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and cost analysis for management.
