<ul><li>Co-ordinate sales proposal process and generate quotes.
</li><li>Provide creative input to bid strategy.
</li><li>Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.com CRM systems.
</li><li>Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications
</li><li>Generate Sales reports &amp; Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stake holders
</li><li>Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all Nextracker sales.
</li><li>Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy
</li><li>Learn and use PV Syst energy production modelling software for tracking systems
</li><li>Work closely with Marketing &amp; Product Management Team to provide input on new products
</li><li>Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient communications and provide excellent customer satisfaction
</li><li>Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations
</li><li>Form excellent working relationships with other Nextracker departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and best in class quality of all Nextracker products.
</li></ul>Here is some of what you will need (required):
<ul><li>B.E(Mech/EEE/ECE) or (MBA desired) with 2+ years of pre-sales, sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience.
</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
</li><li>Strong analytical skill and proven ability to work with multiple cross functional teams
</li><li>Strong financial modelling skills.
</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills

The Global Demand Sr. Planner position will be based in Hyderabad, India . This role revolves around S&amp;OP activities and requires frequent collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, Program Management, NPI, etc. Providing demand visibility, foreseeing capacity requirements and supply bottlenecks is a key aspect of the role for which it is critical to have exceptional problem-solving skills. It includes forecasting project demand to our vendors globally on a weekly basis to ensure that their capacity is booked. It also requires refreshing demand metrics (in the form of excel files/Power BI/Anaplan Tool) on a periodic basis to present to senior leadership. Overall, this position demands a candidate who can innovatively adapt to dynamic and fast-paced scenarios which are abundant in the Solar Industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Here is a glimpse of the tasks that you will be handling:
<ul><li>Forecasting demand to vendors at a project level
</li><li>Driving weekly Capacity Vs. Demand calls with stakeholders such Sourcing, Program Management, Planning, etc. to report and collectively analyse incoming demand
</li><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Sales, Sales Operations, Project Engineering, Logistics, etc. to get a holistic view of the demand
</li><li>Perform strategic analyses and refresh templates to provide demand visibility across the Supply Chain
</li><li>Take up innovate and creative projects such as providing new metrics to stakeholders, measuring forecast accuracy, etc.
</li><li>Drive improvement activities across existing and new processes

</li><li>Working experience with Business Analytics / Visualization Tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Excel, etc

Global Demand Sr. Planner

<div>Job Description:
Supplier Quality Engineer
Job Details :
<ul><li>Conduct Supplier Qualification Audit for new supplier as per defined process.
</li><li>Generate PPAP request in Arena for specific supplier in coordination with NPI team.
</li><li>Visit the supplier for PPAP Audit, conduct review of entire process, generate actions wherever required and work with supplier to close the actions.
</li><li>Collate and evaluate all the quality document from supplier as per acceptable reference standard and submit to customer on time.
</li><li>Perform periodic process audit at supplier and close all non-conformities by working with suppliers.
</li><li>Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
</li><li>Issue Material dispatch clearance certificate (MDCC) to supplier after verifying the data and keep record of all the shipment documents in system.
</li><li>Prepare and share report of Parts, product and document issues on monthly basis to management.
</li><li>Visit to site for critical quality issues and gather data for root cause analysis and derive corrective and preventive actions.
</li><li>Conduct NCR analysis with supplier by using 8D method.
</li><li>Training the supplier team on Quality tools.
</li><li>Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the part and site performance indicators by identifying quality issues and ways to reduce waste.
</li><li>Work on new ideas for automation of documentation and other internal process.
</li><li>Applying Six Sigma methodologies, drive continuous improvements in process to improve the Quality of product.
</li><li>Be part of sustainable engineering team to evaluate new requirements by collecting data from VOC, best practices in market etc.
</li><li>Willing to travel to suppliers, project sites and customers for 70% of the time.
</li></ul>Required Skills/Experiences:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering.
</li><li>Total 6-8 years of experience in supplier Quality Management.
</li><li>Six Sigma green belt certified.
</li><li>Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5 why SPC, Pareto, RCA process.
</li><li>Must be certified either as QMS, IATF, VDA internal auditor
</li><li>Indepth working knowledge of production part approval process (PPAP), and supplier qualification process.
</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing process.
</li><li>Good knowledge on data analytics and presentation skill with tools like Power BI, Minitab etc.
</li><li>Planning and prioritizing activities based on situation.
</li><li>Willing to learn and adapt the learning for process improvement.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
</li><li>Good command on word, Excel and Power point.
</li><li>Should be well versed in English and knowledge of local language is preferable.
