 The Manager, District Construction is responsible for onsite performance of construction and maintenance work in accordance with contract requirements and ensuring cognizance to cost estimates for realization of maximum profit. This individual is also responsible for pursuing and booking traditional utility and industrial project work, as well as large service and maintenance work within their assigned district.

 Understands and communicates contract T&amp;C&rsquo;s
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors project change management issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies and targets future bid opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages project P&amp;L within their assigned district
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversees, reviews, and approves project execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Frequently staffs project job sites
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversees large service/outage project performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Addresses, advises on, and assists with critical issues relative to projects within area of responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates significant project issues to management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures compliance of project and personnel in accordance w/ Company policies and ethics programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and manages talent within area of responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Challenges project team(s) to be customer and performance driven
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and manages talent within their assigned district
 </li>
 <li>
 Frequently represents company opposite organized labor on jurisdictional issues, pre-job conference, and the grievance process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasionally represents company opposite organized labor on collective bargaining committees and apprenticeship committees for their assigned district
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasionally oversees contract negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Frequently oversees contract execution issue resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all other duties as assigned

Area Construction Manager

 We are seeking a highly skilled
 
 Data Analyst
 
 to play a key role in transforming our data into high-quality, actionable insights that support business decision-making&mdash;particularly for sales and revenue operations. This role partners closely with data engineers, business analysts, system administrators, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver meaningful analytics.
 
 
 The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, along with hands-on experience working with CRM and sales data. They enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Examine data from multiple source systems and run comparison analysis for anomalies, errors, and inconsistencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement mapping logic to cleanse, filter, and structure raw data into usable, high-quality data sets. Document data mappings, conversion rules, workflows, and ETL specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with technical SMEs and system administrators to create and optimize ETL processes, scripts, and workflows to move data between systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with technical and functional SMEs to validate data and ensure high quality. Troubleshoot and problem solve data-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use statistical techniques to interpret data, identify patterns, and predict trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make recommendations to improve processes, workflows, and automation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 4+ years work experience
 
 in a data analyst or equivalent role
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Functional Experience:
 
 Supporting sales organizations and working with sales data, customer accounts data, and revenue data
 </li>
 <li>
 
 CRM
 
 : Experience with CRM Tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn, and Gong
 </li>
 <li>
 
 BI
 
 : Experience with BI Tools such as Power BI or Tableau
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data Analysis:
 
 Ability to analyze data structures and interpret complex datasets.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analytical Skills:
 
 Strong mathematical skills to gather, measure, and analyze data.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS), and scripting languages (Python, Bash). Experience with Excel and Power Point.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Database Knowledge:
 
 Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and data warehousing concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Soft Skills:
 
 Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and critical thinking to solve business problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or business analytics; or equivalent work experience.
 </li>
