Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, develop your sales abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to all food safety standards</li><li>Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently during shifts</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations</li><li>Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing</li><li>Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events</li></ul>Pay: $19.48 - $25.83 per hourWork Location: In person
