Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to all food safety standards
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently during shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events

Pay: $19.48 - $25.83 per hour
