The ideal candidate should excel in space planning, material selection, finishes, and interior styling, while leading projects independently and collaborating with clients to deliver signature Next Wall homes.Key Responsibilities&middot; Develop interior concepts, layouts, and space planning tailored to bespoke residential projects.&middot; Lead interior projects end-to-end &mdash; from concept development to on-site execution and styling.&middot; Prepare detailed mood boards and BOQs for client approval and execution.&middot; Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality finishes.&middot; Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns, maintaining high design standards.&middot; Present interior design concepts and material palettes effectively to clients.Desired Skills &amp; Competencies&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.&middot; 4&ndash;5 years of proven experience in residential interior projects.&middot; Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.&middot; Expertise in space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and styling.&middot; Ability to visualize and translate concepts into detailed presentations and working drawings.&middot; Excellent communication and client-handling skills.&middot; Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide a project team.&middot; Keen eye for detail, finishes, and innovative design solutions.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;75,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
