Job description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in architecture and interior design, and 3- 4 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion. This role demands excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project timelines are met, and deliver high-quality design outcomes aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project life cycles across architectural and interior design domains — from planning and conceptualization to execution and handover.

Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely progress.

Develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and manage deliverables across multiple teams.

Monitor project budgets, resource allocations, and procurement to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Review and approve design documentation, technical drawings, and material selections.

Conduct regular site visits to evaluate execution, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with design intent.

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Manage client communication, provide progress updates, and address feedback effectively.

Prepare project proposals, technical reports, and presentations to support stakeholder decisions.

Mentor and support junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven project management capabilities in architecture/interior design environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-site and off-site challenges efficiently.

Attention to detail, time management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Understanding of construction processes, interior finishing materials, and design development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in architectural and interior project delivery.

Experience leading teams and managing clients in a dynamic, fast-paced design environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
