Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting<ul><li>Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.</li><li>Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.</li><li>Understand client needs and match them with company services.</li></ul>2. Client Engagement &amp; Meetings<ul><li>Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.</li><li>Pitch business support solutions effectively and persuasively.</li><li>Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close deals.</li></ul>3. Sales Conversion &amp; Revenue Targets<ul><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing as per company guidelines.</li><li>Negotiate contract terms and close profitable deals.</li></ul>4. Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients.</li><li>Provide timely support and ensure high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Escalate issues to the operations team whenever required.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and activity logs.</li><li>Track and analyze sales performance metrics.</li><li>Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Good negotiation and presentation abilities</li><li>Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools</li><li>Ability to meet targets and work under pressure</li><li>Customer-centric approach</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive attitude</li><li>Basic understanding of business support / BPO / service industry (preferred)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)</li><li>Experience in service-based or business support companies is an added advantage</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + incentives</li><li>Travel allowance (if applicable)</li><li>Performance-based rewards</li><li>Professional growth opportunities within NextGen Business Support Pvt.
