Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs and match them with company services.
2. Client Engagement & Meetings
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
- Pitch business support solutions effectively and persuasively.
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close deals.
3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing as per company guidelines.
- Negotiate contract terms and close profitable deals.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide timely support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues to the operations team whenever required.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and activity logs.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in service-based or business support companies is an added advantage
