We design immersive events, exhibitions and technology-driven brand experiences &mdash; integrating production, digital content, AI innovation and storytelling under one strategic umbrella.We are not an &ldquo;events company.&rdquo; We build moments that signal transformation.The RoleWe are seeking a visionary Event Creative Director with 8+ years of experience in large-scale events, pharma launches, exhibitions and corporate experiences.This role is remote (Egypt-based) but fully integrated into our regional projects across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.You will lead the conceptual direction of projects from big idea to execution &mdash; ensuring every experience is strategically sharp, visually iconic and production-ready.This is not a decorative design role. Creative Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development &amp; Sales Executive with hands‑on experience in event management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting end‑to‑end event execution. This role blends strategic sales with creative event planning, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Acquisition &mdash; Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, social, and experiential event segments.</li><li>Sales Strategy &mdash; Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.</li><li>Event Coordination &mdash; Collaborate with internal teams to plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.</li><li>Proposal Development &mdash; Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.</li><li>Relationship Management &mdash; Maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.</li><li>Market Research &mdash; Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.</li><li>Lead Management &mdash; Track, follow up, and convert leads using CRM tools.</li><li>On‑site Event Support &mdash; Oversee event execution to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; Event Management Experience &mdash; Minimum 2&ndash;4 years in event planning, coordination, or production.&middot; Sales &amp; BD Expertise &mdash; Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.&middot; Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.&middot; Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.&middot; Knowledge of event vendors, venues, and industry trends.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or related field.Preferred Attributes&middot; Creative Thinking &mdash; Ability to propose innovative event ideas and solutions.&middot; Networking Skills &mdash; Strong industry connections and ability to build new ones.&middot; Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, or brand activations.Work Location: In person
