We are looking for a Creative Director 360&deg; with strong experience in pharmaceutical and cosmetics communication, capable of leading ideas from concept to execution across campaigns, events, and digital platforms.This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on creative leader who can shape big ideas, guide visual storytelling, and elevate brand experiences across all touchpoints.Location: Egypt Based (Remotely)Industry to Focus: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Cosmetics, Beauty, Advertising, Experiential EventsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead advertising campaign concept development (big idea, narrative, messaging, and visual direction).</li><li>Develop and oversee event concepts and event branding (themes, experience flow, look &amp; feel).</li><li>Provide art direction for videos and motion content (storyboards, visual style, mood, references).</li><li>Guide designers, motion artists, and production teams to ensure creative consistency.</li><li>Translate brand strategy into powerful visual identities and communication platforms.</li><li>Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.</li><li>Ensure high creative standards across all deliverables.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Creative Director / Senior Art Director / Associate Creative Director.</li><li>Strong background in Pharmaceutical and/or Cosmetics communication.</li><li>Solid portfolio demonstrating campaigns, videos, event branding, and integrated concepts.</li><li>Excellent art direction and visual storytelling skills.</li><li>Strong English communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work remotely and collaborate with regional teams.</li><li>Based in Egypt and able to share portfolio digitally.</li></ul>What We Offer?<ul><li>Opportunity to work on regional and international brands.</li><li>High-impact projects across healthcare, beauty, and experiential marketing.</li><li>Flexible remote working model.</li><li>Competitive package based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
