Strategic Client Engagement<ul><li>Lead client meetings to align on project objectives, define priorities, review deliverables, and resolve pain points.</li><li>Translate client requirements into clear, actionable technical briefs for development and design teams (e.g., wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria).</li><li>Present data-backed insights using CRM analytics (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce dashboards) to guide strategic decisions and optimize client outcomes.</li></ul>Technical Project Coordination<ul><li>Manage CRM customization such as custom fields, pipelines, dashboard setups, automated workflows, and user permissions (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).</li><li>Oversee integrations using Zapier, Make.com, or custom APIs to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.</li><li>Build and implement automation systems&mdash;email sequences, task automations, ticketing workflows&mdash;to streamline internal and client operations.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Mentor and supervise developers, designers, and virtual assistants while encouraging Agile practices (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros).</li><li>Act as the communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all phases of delivery.</li></ul>Process Optimization<ul><li>Audit and refine client onboarding workflows, reducing setup time through tools like Notion, ClickUp, and automated intake systems.</li><li>Create clear SOPs for CRM setups, automations, integrations, and project delivery steps to ensure repeatability and scalability.</li></ul>Upwork Bidding &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify high-value opportunities on Upwork aligned with the company&rsquo;s technical expertise and service offerings.</li><li>Write tailored, compelling proposals showcasing project understanding, technical approach, and unique value propositions.</li><li>Conduct client requirement analysis, prepare cost/time estimates, and manage initial discovery calls to convert leads into long-term clients.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with clients during the pre-sale phase, ensuring expectations and deliverables are clearly defined.</li><li>Track bid performance, analyze win/loss reasons, and optimize proposal strategies for higher conversion.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>CRM Mastery: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho (dashboards, custom objects, reports, automations).</li><li>Automation: Zapier, Make.com, webhooks, custom API integrations.</li><li>Design Collaboration: Figma, Adobe XD for reviewing and refining UI/UX deliverables.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Requirements:Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.</li><li>3+ years in a project coordination/Management/client success role with exposure to web development, CRM systems, and automation tools.</li><li>Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading teams.</li><li>Basic Knowledge of GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho (configuring workflows, custom fields, reports).</li><li>Know-how with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com) and API integrations.</li></ul>Project &amp; Client Management<ul><li>Experience running client meetings, translating business needs into technical specs.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) to derive insights from CRM/metrics.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Leadership: Ability to mentor teams and resolve conflicts.</li><li>Communication: Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot automation/web issues independently.</li></ul>Share your resume at hr@nexus95.com or directly apply.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
