Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management (Essential)<ul><li>Maintain and manage the company&rsquo;s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client data, leads, and follow-ups</li><li>Monitor client interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline status</li><li>Ensure data integrity, proper structuring, and regular updates within the CRM</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Manage daily operations and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Maintain well-organized records, documentation, and data systems</li><li>Assist in the coordination and execution of ongoing projects</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Engage professionally with clients and internal teams</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely task completion</li><li>Manage client follow-ups and handle administrative correspondence efficiently</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Database Management<ul><li>Conduct research to identify potential business leads</li><li>Maintain and regularly update lead databases</li><li>Track lead activity and monitor progress throughout the sales cycle</li></ul>Tools &amp; Design Skills<ul><li>Utilize project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira</li><li>Possess working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Create basic visual and marketing materials when required</li></ul>Google Workspace Proficiency<ul><li>Effectively use Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar</li><li>Manage reports, schedules, and documentation in a structured manner</li></ul>Time Management &amp; Problem-Solving<ul><li>Handle multiple responsibilities with strong attention to detail</li><li>Work independently while meeting deadlines consistently</li><li>Identify operational issues proactively and implement solutions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (CRM experience required)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience in administrative support and lead generation</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace</li><li>Availability to work evening shift (5:00 PM &ndash; 1:00 AM)</li></ul>Application ProcessInterested candidates may submit their updated resume to hr@nexus95.com or apply through Indeed.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
