Virtual Assistant (Computer Science Background) – Automation & Technical Projects

Key Responsibilities:CRM Management (Mandatory Requirement)<ul><li>Manage and maintain CRM systems, including updating client records, leads, and follow-ups</li><li>Track client communications, opportunities, and sales pipeline progress</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Organizational Support<ul><li>Manage daily workflows and prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate records, documentation, and structured data systems</li><li>Ensure smooth operational processes across ongoing projects</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely task completion</li><li>Handle client follow-ups and administrative correspondence</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Conduct lead generation, prospect research, and outreach</li><li>Maintain and update lead databases</li><li>Track and monitor lead progress and engagement</li></ul>Tools &amp; Design Skills<ul><li>Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira</li><li>Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop (design skills are required)</li><li>Create professional visual and marketing materials when required</li></ul>Google Workspace Expertise<ul><li>Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar</li><li>Manage schedules, reports, and documentation effectively</li></ul>Time Management &amp; Problem-Solving<ul><li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Proactive approach to resolving operational challenges</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (CRM experience is mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Experience in administrative support and lead generation</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace</li><li>Basic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Ability to work evening shift (5:00 PM &ndash; 1:00 AM)</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply by sending their updated resume to hr@nexus95.com or applying directly through Indeed.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
