Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Create, edit, and optimize engaging short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and promotional videos for multiple platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive organic and paid social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Track social media performance using analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
  • Write compelling captions, develop creative content ideas, and craft storytelling strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and actively engage online communities while maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice.
  • Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other internal teams to ensure consistent branding and successful campaign execution.
  • Apply basic SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and organic visibility.
  • Conduct competitor research, identify market trends, and recommend strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns by identifying, coordinating, and managing relevant partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure timely and consistent content publishing.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages while maintaining excellent brand representation across all social platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, social media advertising, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong creative thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
