Social Media Executive

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and visually appealing social media content (graphics, videos, and posts). Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Campaign Planning: Assist in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
  • Paid Social Media Ads: Set up and monitor paid social media campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS) using analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copies and headlines tailored to drive clicks and conversions.
  • Competitor Research: Analyze competitors' ad strategies to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Hashtag & SEO Optimization: Research and implement effective hashtags and keywords to improve discoverability.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Crisis Management: Handle negative comments or PR issues professionally and in line with company policies.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and other social media management platforms effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: Meet KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, and website traffic from social media.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and branding principles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
