The role in one line: You make sure every order leaves on time, arrives intact, and the money comes back. In Pakistan's COD-heavy skincare market, this function is the difference between profit and loss.What you'll own:<ul><li>Order dispatch, confirm, pack, and hand off to courier within 24 hours of a paid or COD order</li><li>Courier management &mdash; daily tracking across TCS, Leopards, PostEx, or Trax. Escalate failed deliveries before the customer complains</li><li>Multi-vendor coordination &mdash; manage relationships across multiple courier partners so we are never dependent on one COD provider</li><li>COD reconciliation &mdash; track cash-on-delivery payments due, received, and outstanding.
