As a Repair Technician at NEXUS Car Wash Solutions, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at new and existing car wash locations. This is a field service role, and you will be responsible for multiple sites, with the opportunity to advance to lead technician status and beyond.Duties:<ul><li>Perform repair &amp; maintenance on a variety of equipment, and machinery</li><li>Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and implement solutions</li><li>Maintain repair records and documentation</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service during repair interactions</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Apply knowledge of hydraulics, welding, plumbing, electrical, and other industrial fields to install and maintain car wash equipment.</li><li>Perform equipment diagnosis for both electrical &amp; mechanical issues.</li><li>Travel between all stores in the market to provide routine scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdown repair.</li><li>Build trusting relationships with the maintenance and operations team through our culture of accountability.</li><li>Demonstrate pride in your work and a commitment to safety.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial and production maintenance preferred.</li><li>Exposure to several of the following competencies: Electrical, mechanical aptitude, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing.</li><li>The ability to manage multiple projects while working both individually and as a member of a team.</li><li>A sense of urgency and dedication to minimizing site downtime.</li><li>Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call hours only when required.</li><li>Desire to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders.</li><li>Must maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license with no restrictions as a condition of employment.</li></ul>What Motivates Our Team:<ul><li>Competitive wage with consistent hours and overtime potential. From rollovers to full conveyor tunnels, we help operators improve wash quality, efficiency, and uptime.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on, 50/50 warehouse and field role built for someone with strong work ethic who wants more than a standard job.You&rsquo;ll manage chemical inventory, deliver products to customers using a company vehicle, and assist in the field with customer support.
