Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician at NEXUS Car Wash Solutions, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at new and existing car wash locations. This is a field service role, and you will be responsible for multiple sites, with the opportunity to advance to lead technician status and beyond.

Duties:

• Perform repair & maintenance on a variety of equipment, and machinery
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and implement solutions
• Maintain repair records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service during repair interactions

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of hydraulics, welding, plumbing, electrical, and other industrial fields to install and maintain car wash equipment.
• Perform equipment diagnosis for both electrical & mechanical issues.
• Travel between all stores in the market to provide routine scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdown repair.
• Build trusting relationships with the maintenance and operations team through our culture of accountability.
• Demonstrate pride in your work and a commitment to safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial and production maintenance preferred.
• Exposure to several of the following competencies: Electrical, mechanical aptitude, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• The ability to manage multiple projects while working both individually and as a member of a team.
• A sense of urgency and dedication to minimizing site downtime.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call hours only when required.
• Desire to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with no restrictions as a condition of employment.
