Our ecosystem is designed to empower users with accessible, efficient, and future-ready blockchain solutions.</p> Responsibilities <ul><li>Manage and maintain the CTO's calendar, appointments and meetings</li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items</li><li>Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal / external stakeholders</li><li>Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and technical documentation</li><li>Organize and prioritize incoming emails, messages, and meeting requests</li><li>Coordinate logistics for conferences, speaking engagements, and offsite meetings</li><li>Track deadlines and assist in task / project follow-ups on behalf of the CTO</li><li>Perform general administrative duties including document management and filing</li><li>Requirements</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant (preferably for senior leadership or technical roles)</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, Zoom, etc.</li><li>High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment</li><li>Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working across different time zones (if required)</li></ul> About the company <p>The premier marketplace for NFTs, where art, technology, and community converge to create a new era of digital ownership.
