This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to develop essential office management skills in a vibrant professional setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software</li><li>Support calendar management and scheduling for team members or executives</li><li>Prepare correspondence, proofread documents, and ensure accuracy in all written materials</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously</li><li>Coordinate meetings, including setting up conference rooms and handling necessary arrangements</li><li>Support general office management activities to promote a productive work environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Strong typing skills and high computer literacy for data entry and document preparation</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients or team members</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred but not required</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills</li><li>Previous personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us as a Part-Time Office Assistant and become an integral part of our energetic team!
