Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare surfaces for grouting (cleaning, chipping, pressure washing, etc.)</li><li>Mix cementitious, epoxy, polyurethane, or chemical grout according to manufacturer specifications</li><li>Operate grout pumps, mixers, injection equipment, and related tools</li><li>Perform pressure grouting, injection grouting, and void filling</li><li>Monitor grout flow, pressure, and curing process</li><li>Inspect completed grouting work for quality and compliance</li><li>Repair cracks, joints, and structural defects using appropriate grouting methods</li><li>Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment in safe working condition</li><li>Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications</li><li>Document work performed and report to supervisors or site engineers</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)</li><li>Experience in construction, civil works, or industrial maintenance</li><li>Knowledge of grout materials and mixing ratios</li><li>Ability to operate grouting pumps and injection systems</li><li>Understanding of safety standards (OSHA or local regulations)</li><li>Physical stamina and ability to work in confined or elevated spaces</li><li>Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
