Your enthusiasm for financial concepts and attention to detail will drive success in helping clients navigate complex tax situations while fostering trust and satisfaction.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and file individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns using advanced tax preparation software.</li><li>Analyze financial documents, including W-2s, 1099s, and other tax forms, to ensure accurate reporting.</li><li>Stay current with tax laws, regulations, and updates to provide compliant and optimized tax solutions.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, explain tax strategies, and answer questions.</li><li>Assist clients with tax planning, deductions, credits, and other strategies to maximize their benefits.</li><li>Maintain organized records of all tax documents, reports, and correspondence for audit readiness.</li><li>Support client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and delivering excellent customer service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in tax preparation, including individual and corporate tax return filing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tax law, compliance requirements, and relevant accounting standards.</li><li>Proficiency with tax preparation software such as TurboTax, Drake Tax, or similar platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks and Sage for financial analysis and reporting.</li><li>Excellent math skills combined with strong analysis abilities to interpret financial data accurately.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients of varying backgrounds.</li><li>Experience with bookkeeping, financial software, and technical accounting practices is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise makes a real difference!
