ElectricalExperience: 7 - 10 yrs.Salary: 10 lpa to 14 lpaJob Summary: - Experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in EPC projects for industrial plants such as chemical, oil &amp; gas, power, renewable energy, and water treatment. The ideal candidate will lead electrical design engineering from concept to commissioning, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety, codes, and timelines.Job Requirements: <ul><li>Lead and deliver electrical engineering design for EPC projects across various sectors (process, utilities, infrastructure, renewable).</li><li>Prepare and review single line diagrams (SLD), load schedules, cable sizing, earthing &amp; lightning protection layouts, and motor schematics.</li><li>Design and specify electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, MCCs, UPS, lighting, panels, cables, VFDs, and protection systems.</li><li>Generate and review technical specifications, data sheets, BOQs, and inquiry documents for vendor procurement.</li><li>Evaluate vendor offers, conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE), FATs, and support procurement and construction teams.</li><li>Coordinate with civil, instrumentation, and mechanical teams for interface and interdisciplinary requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, NEC, IEEE, and other relevant codes/standards.</li><li>Participate in site visits, inspections, construction support, and pre-commissioning activities.</li><li>Use tools like ETAP, AutoCAD, Dialux, EPlan, Revit, or SmartPlant Electrical for design and analysis.</li><li>Provide guidance to junior engineers and drafters and ensure QA/QC of engineering deliverables.</li></ul>If you are interested reply with updated resume on adesh.s@niraj.co.inJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;1,400,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person

The role demands strong leadership in design, engineering, selection, integration, and commissioning of control and instrumentation systems aligned with project requirements and international standards.Key Responsibilities1. Department Leadership<ul><li>Lead and manage the Control &amp; Instrumentation team, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project schedules.</li><li>Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), engineering templates, and departmental KPIs.</li><li>Drive capability development, training, and mentoring of team members.</li><li>Interface closely with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation teams for integrated project execution.</li></ul>2.
