Executive- Admin & Travel Desk
Experience: 4–6 years
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Department: HR/Admin

Salary: 7-8 LPA
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Bachelor Business Administration (4–6 years of experience in administration and travel desk management).
Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Desk Management:
Handle domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, Visa).
Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for cost-effective bookings.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
Maintain travel records and expense reports.
Administrative SupportManage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Documentation & Reporting:Prepare MIS reports related to travel and admin activities.
Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments for admin services.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
Negotiate rates and ensure timely service delivery.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of travel desk operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with expense management and reporting tools.
