 Team Lead - Strategy &amp; Operations
 <div><ul><li>Qualification : Bachelors in engineering, MBA is an added advantage</li><li>Experience : 3 &ndash; 8 yrs</li><li>Preferred Candidate&rsquo;s Location : Mumbai (Mumbai/Thane/Dombivali/Kalyan)</li><li>Location of Job : Thane</li><li>Job Profile:</li><li>Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability.</li><li>Designing and implementing standardized processes and automated solutions to support Nirmal&rsquo;s growth.</li><li>Leveraging data analytics to uncover improvement opportunities, inform decisions, and drive business performance.</li><li>Building and optimizing scalable infrastructure and processes to sustain Nirmal&rsquo;s growth.</li><li>Leading end-to-end execution of core process improvement projects.</li><li>Prioritizing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring rapid goal achievement.</li><li>Identifying, developing, and deploying Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for critical complaints to enhance customer experience.</li><li>Managing critical vendor relationships and establishing performance tracking systems.</li><li>Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.</li></ul> 
Preferred candidate profile &ndash;<ul><li>Bachelors in engineering, MBA is an added advantage</li><li>3+ years of work experience in fast-paced, engineering or KPI-driven environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and scalable process design.</li><li>A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and measure performance.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges.</li><li>Proven success in leading and executing complex projects end-to-end.</li><li>Hyper-logical thinking and outstanding attention to detail.</li><li>Natural curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a passion for making an impact.</li><li>Strong coding skills in SQL or Python</li><li>Interest in the manufacturing industry and a drive to contribute to Nirmal&rsquo;s mission.</li></ul>Location: Shuffling between Thane (Head Office) &amp; Plant (Asangaon) based on the project requirement</div>
