Team Lead - Strategy & Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability.
• Designing and implementing standardized processes and automated solutions to support Nirmal’s growth.
• Leveraging data analytics to uncover improvement opportunities, inform decisions, and drive business performance.
• Building and optimizing scalable infrastructure and processes to sustain Nirmal’s growth.
• Leading end-to-end execution of core process improvement projects.
• Prioritizing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring rapid goal achievement.
• Identifying, developing, and deploying Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for critical complaints to enhance customer experience.
• Managing critical vendor relationships and establishing performance tracking systems.
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.

Preferred candidate profile –

• Bachelors in engineering, MBA is an added advantage
• 3+ years of work experience in fast-paced, engineering or KPI-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and scalable process design.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and measure performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges.
• Proven success in leading and executing complex projects end-to-end.
• Hyper-logical thinking and outstanding attention to detail.
• Natural curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a passion for making an impact.
• Strong coding skills in SQL or Python
• Interest in the manufacturing industry and a drive to contribute to Nirmal’s mission.

Location: Shuffling between Thane (Head Office) & Plant (Asangaon) based on the project requirement
