Senior Engineer Piping
- Qualification : BE Mechanical
- Experience : 8 – 12 Years
- Preferred Candidate’s Location : Mumbai (Mumbai/Thane/Dombivali/Kalyan)
- Location of Job : Thane
- Key Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Plant 3D
- Knowledge of drafting principles and techniques
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Job Profile :
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings and models based on engineering specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project objectives and design intent.
- Assist in the revision and modification of existing drawings and models according to changes in project scope.
- Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and models to check for potential errors or inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes in all drafting work.
- Aid in the organization and maintenance of engineering documents and files.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of design changes or variations.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, piping layouts, and 3D models for the skid frame and associated equipment (vessels).
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), piping specifications, Valve datasheets, and technical documents.
- Check fabrication drawings (isometrics), Base frame drawing, and oversee assembly/welding on the skid.
- Collaborate with Process, Electrical, Instrumentation (E&I), and Structural teams for proper skid integration
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), site commissioning, and troubleshoot issues during installation
- Review vendor drawings, participate in technical bid evaluations, and ensure component compatibility.
