JD For Building Management System (BMS) OperatorJob Title: BMS OperatorLocation- Andheri and Seawoods Reporting To: BMS Engineer / Facility Manager1.Job SummaryWe are looking for a BMS Operator responsible for monitoring and operating the Building Management System to ensure efficient and safe functioning of all MEP systems. The role involves real-time monitoring, alarm handling, coordination with maintenance teams, and maintaining optimal building conditions.2.Key Responsibilities&bull;Monitor and control BMS for HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, lifts, pumps, and utilities&bull;Identify, respond to, and escalate alarms and system faults&bull;Maintain daily logs, reports, and system performance records&bull;Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for breakdowns and PM activities&bull;Perform routine system health checks and support testing/commissioning&bull;Ensure compliance with safety, energy, and operational standards&bull;Support energy optimization and efficiency initiatives3.Qualifications &amp; Skills&bull;ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field&bull;1+years of experience in BMS or facility operations&bull;Hands-on experience with BMS platforms (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, JCI)&bull;Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire systems&bull;Willingness to work in shifts; good troubleshooting and documentation skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
