Job Title: BMS Operator

Location- Andheri and Seawoods Reporting To: BMS Engineer / Facility Manager

1.Job Summary

We are looking for a BMS Operator responsible for monitoring and operating the Building Management System to ensure efficient and safe functioning of all MEP systems. The role involves real-time monitoring, alarm handling, coordination with maintenance teams, and maintaining optimal building conditions.

2.Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and control BMS for HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, lifts, pumps, and utilities

•Identify, respond to, and escalate alarms and system faults

•Maintain daily logs, reports, and system performance records

•Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for breakdowns and PM activities

•Perform routine system health checks and support testing/commissioning

•Ensure compliance with safety, energy, and operational standards

•Support energy optimization and efficiency initiatives

3.Qualifications & Skills

•ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field

•1+years of experience in BMS or facility operations

•Hands-on experience with BMS platforms (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, JCI)

•Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire systems

•Willingness to work in shifts; good troubleshooting and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
