Client Outreach &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Outbound calls to potential clients, architects, and builders to introduce Nirvan Construction&rsquo;s services.</li><li>Maintain a database of leads, track conversations, and schedule follow-ups.</li><li>Assist in preparing and sending business proposals and introductory emails.</li><li>Support marketing and lead generation efforts by coordinating with online listings (Justdial, IndiaMART, etc.).</li></ul>Executive &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Manage the founder&rsquo;s daily schedule &mdash; meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and calls.</li><li>Organize appointments and send reminders to clients and internal teams.</li><li>Draft professional correspondence, maintain call logs, and prepare meeting summaries.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and design partners as needed.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Handle documentation, meeting notes, and maintain organized records.</li><li>Track project-related communication and ensure timely responses.</li><li>Prepare simple reports on outreach progress and business activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field).</li><li>Excellent communication skills (English &amp; Hindi).</li><li>Confident in making cold calls and building rapport over the phone.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in real estate, construction, or interior design industry will be an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;21,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
