Client Outreach & Business Development
- Outbound calls to potential clients, architects, and builders to introduce Nirvan Construction’s services.
- Maintain a database of leads, track conversations, and schedule follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing and sending business proposals and introductory emails.
- Support marketing and lead generation efforts by coordinating with online listings (Justdial, IndiaMART, etc.).
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage the founder’s daily schedule — meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and calls.
- Organize appointments and send reminders to clients and internal teams.
- Draft professional correspondence, maintain call logs, and prepare meeting summaries.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and design partners as needed.
Administrative Tasks
- Handle documentation, meeting notes, and maintain organized records.
- Track project-related communication and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare simple reports on outreach progress and business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field).
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Confident in making cold calls and building rapport over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or interior design industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
