PURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOB Nissan Middle East is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Creative Manager to join our marketing team. This role requires a strategic and creative professional with 8 years of experience in events management, advertising, or similar marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing high-impact brand events, activations, and sponsorships across the Middle East region. This role also involves the development of advertising campaigns & creative marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement. In addition, the candidate will play a key role in driving creative innovation, including exploring and integrating new tools and technologies to enhance our campaigns. Main Tasks & Responsibilities <ul> <li>Plan and Manage Events - Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of brand events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives across Nissan Middle East markets. Maximize budget efficiency & utilization through events planning phase. Ensure cross functional alignment is done with all stakeholders & deliver local to regional validations.</li> <li>Creative Campaign Development - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualize and develop creative assets for regional campaigns. Work end to end creative development from briefing till campaign is dispatched to media, while assessing asset performance for media models in charge.</li> <li>Innovation & AI Integration - Proactively explore, test, and recommend innovative marketing tools and technologies-particularly AI driven solutions that can enhance creativity, personalization, and operational efficiency. Work on A/B testing opportunities through media campaigns to always test asset efficiency.</li> <li>Project Management - Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution of the projects handled.</li> <li>Agency & Vendor Management - Oversee agency partners, production vendors, and other third party providers to ensure quality, creativity, and efficiency.</li> <li>Performance & Reporting - Generate post event reports and track creative performance across campaigns.</li> </ul> KPIs <ul> <li>Event & Activation Delivery - Seamless planning and execution on time and within budget.</li> <li>Post Event Satisfaction Score - Achieve an average post activation satisfaction score of 8 / 10.</li> <li>Audience Engagement Impact - Meet or exceed predefined engagement targets (e.g. leads, interactions, impressions) per event.</li> <li>Creative Excellence - Assets delivered on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding engagement benchmarks (e.g. CTR, video views, completion rates) per campaign.</li> <li>Marketing Innovation Adoption - Pilot and integrate a minimum of 3 new AI or tech driven marketing tools annually, with at least 1 showing measurable efficiency or creative impact.</li> </ul> Background & Skills Required Minimum 8 years of experience in events management & advertising, or related marketing roles. Fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic is highly preferred. Proven experience executing large scale events and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience in automotive or consumer facing industries is a plus. Experience in an event / creative agency is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
