Position Summary Lead and oversee daily showroom, lot and customer reception operations to deliver an exceptional, brand‑standard customer experience, maximize sales/service throughput, and support dealership targets. Acts as the primary floor leader coordinating staff, vehicle presentation, and customer interactions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise showroom and service reception staff (sales consultants, service advisors, porters, greeters): training, coaching, and performance feedback.</li><li>Greet customers, qualify needs, ensure timely handoffs to sales or service teams; manage customer flow and wait times.</li><li>Use VinSolutions CRM daily to track leads, follow-ups, customer notes, appointments, and deliverables; train and enforce CRM best practices across floor staff.</li><li>Ensure showroom and lot presentation meet Nissan brand and dealership standards (vehicle display, cleanliness, signage, inventory rotation).</li><li>Coordinate with sales and service management on vehicle availability, demo rotation, lot logistics, and delivery processes.</li><li>Monitor and improve customer experience metrics (KPI); resolve and escalate customer complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain accurate records: daily walk counts, appointment logs, inventory movement, keys control, and incident reports&mdash;documenting actions in VinSolutions.</li><li>Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards (OSHA, dealership policies, manufacturer requirements).</li><li>Implement promotions and manufacturer programs on the floor; report effectiveness and ROI.</li><li>Assist onboarding and training for new hires, including VinSolutions CRM training and floor procedures.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual: Spanish and English &mdash; fluent spoken and written Spanish required to confidently handle customer interactions and internal communication.</li><li>3+ years retail or automotive dealership experience; 1&ndash;2 years in supervisory or floor-management role preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience using dealership CRMs, with strong, proven proficiency in VinSolutions required.</li><li>Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills; familiarity with dealer management systems a plus.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license; ability to operate dealership vehicles.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Fluent Spanish (verbal and written) and strong English communication</li><li>VinSolutions CRM expertise and ability to train others</li><li>Leadership and team development</li><li>Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and presentation standards</li><li>Problem-solving under pressure</li></ul>Performance Metrics<ul><li>KPI and customer retention</li><li>Lead response, lead conversion and closing rates in VinSolutions</li><li>Average customer wait time.</li><li>Sales/support conversion metrics</li><li>Employee training completion and turnover rates</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and peak sales periods.</li><li>Combination of showroom, lot, and office work; frequent standing and walking.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
